1. Payment Methods
We accept:
Digital Wallets (Cash App, Zelle) – No fee
Cash – Must be arranged in advance
Note: Checks (Personal , Cashiers, Money Orders) not accepted due to fraud risk.
2. Payment Timing
Residential
Full payment due at job completion
Commerical
10% due at contract signing.
Remaining payment due 48 hours at job completion
Move-Out:
25% deposit to book
Balance due 24 hours before service
3. Cancellations
72+ hours notice: Full refund/reschedule
48-72 hours: 25% fee (actual costs only)
Less than 48 hours: 50% service fee
No-shows: 100% service fee
San Francisco Rental Policies
For Tenants
You don’t pay for normal cleaning (it’s wear and tear)
Only extra cleaning you request can be deducted from your deposit
Always get your landlord’s written approval first
For Landlords
You may only deduct cleaning costs if:
Tenant voluntarily requested the service
You approved in writing beforehand
The invoice shows extra services (not standard cleaning
