Pricing and Payment

Effective 4/12/2025 – Serving the San Francisco Bay Area

1. Accepted Payment Methods

✅ Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) – 3% fee added
✅ Digital Wallets (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle) – No fee
✅ Bank Transfers (ACH) – No fee
✅ Cash – Must be arranged in advance

Note: Checks not accepted due to fraud risk.

2. Payment Timing

  • Recurring Services: Charged immediately after each clean via auto-billing.

  • One-Time Services: Full payment due 48 hours before appointment (required to secure booking).

  • Move-Out/Deep Cleans: 25% non-refundable deposit to book; balance due 24 hours before service.

3. Late Payments

  • Invoices unpaid after 5 business days incur a 5% late fee (max 25% of total under CA law).

  • Services suspended after 10 days unpaid; collections pursued after 30 days.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 72+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule.

  • 48-72 hours notice: 25% cancellation fee.

  • <48 hours notice: 50% of service fee charged.

  • No-shows: 100% forfeiture

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service.

  • Refunds issued within 14 days if claim is validated

6. Bay Area-Specific Terms

  • SF Rentals: Tenant-requested cleans require landlord approval for deposit deductions.

  • Commercial Clients: Net-15 terms available with signed contract (late fees accrue at 1.5%/month post-due date).

  • Auto-pay enrollment for recurring clients
