Payment & Service Policies

Effective April 12, 2025 | Serving the San Francisco Bay Area

1. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Digital Wallets (Cash App, Zelle) – No fee

  • Cash – Must be arranged in advance

Note: Checks (Personal , Cashiers, Money Orders) not accepted due to fraud risk.

2. Payment Timing

  • Residential

    • Full payment due at job completion

  • Commerical

    • 10% due at contract signing.

    • Remaining payment due 48 hours at job completion

  • Move-Out:

    • 25% deposit to book

    • Balance due 24 hours before service

3. Cancellations

  • 72+ hours notice: Full refund/reschedule

  • 48-72 hours: 25% fee (actual costs only)

  • Less than 48 hours: 50% service fee

  • No-shows: 100% service fee

San Francisco Rental Policies

For Tenants

  • You don’t pay for normal cleaning (it’s wear and tear)

  • Only extra cleaning you request can be deducted from your deposit

  • Always get your landlord’s written approval first

For Landlords

You may only deduct cleaning costs if:

  1. Tenant voluntarily requested the service

  2. You approved in writing beforehand

  3. The invoice shows extra services (not standard cleaning
