Pricing & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept:

  • Digital Wallets (Cash App, Zelle) – No fee

  • Cash (must be arranged in advance)
    Note: We do not accept checks (personal, cashier’s, or money orders) due to fraud risks.

Q: When is payment due?
A:

  • Residential Cleaning: Full payment due at job completion.

  • Commercial Cleaning: 10% deposit at contract signing, remaining balance due at job completion. Longer payment terms must be arranged in advance.

  • Move-Out Cleaning: 25% deposit to book, balance due 24 hours before service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:

  • 72+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule.

  • 48-72 hours notice: 25% fee (covers actual costs).

  • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% service fee.

  • No-shows: 100% service fee.

Move-Out & Rental Cleaning (San Francisco)

Q: Who pays for move-out cleaning in San Francisco?
A:

  • Tenants: Normal cleaning is considered wear and tear—you don’t pay unless you request extra services (with landlord approval).

  • Landlords: Can only deduct cleaning costs if the tenant requested and approved the service in writing.

Q: What if my landlord requires cleaning before I move out?
A: Always get written approval first. We provide invoices that clearly distinguish standard cleaning from extra services to comply with SF rental laws.

Service Guarantee & Complaints

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Commercial Cleaning

Q: How do commercial cleaning contracts work?
